How We Work

From Application to Prosthesis with Kind Deeds

1

You fill out
an online application on the Kind Deeds website.

2

A medical coordinator and clinical director conduct an initial conversation with you.

3

Your application is reviewed and approved.

4

A Zoom consultation with doctors is held to assess your condition.

5

We assist with obtaining a U.S. visa, and for those not from Kyiv, we cover travel expenses and a night in the capital for the interview.

6

We organize a trip to New York (via Warsaw).

7

Within the first week after arrival, you receive a temporary prosthesis.

8

Over the next 2–3 weeks, you undergo daily physical rehabilitation and training on how to use the prosthesis.

9

After adaptation, you are fitted with a permanent prosthesis, and the recovery course is completed.

10

You return to Ukraine and, if needed, receive ongoing support from our team.
